Red Coral Seafood, a well-established family-owned seafood distributor, is seeking a skilled and reliable Fresh Fish Handler to join our dedicated team.

About the Role

  • Full-time position

  • Early start: 4:00 AM

  • Handling, filleting, cleaning & packing fresh seafood

  • Working in cold-storage environments

  • Maintaining strict cleanliness, hygiene & food-safety standards

  • Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience handling or filleting fresh fish

  • Seafood industry or cold-room experience preferred

  • Physically fit and comfortable with early mornings

  • Strong attention to detail and hygiene

  • Full Australian working rights

  • Reliable, hardworking, and committed attitude
